Lauren Tysinger

Lauren is a licensed massage therapist (LMBT #14715) in the state of North Carolina with training in Ashiatsu massage, and deep tissue massage. She is a graduate of Naropa University with a Bachelors in Traditional Eastern Arts, which means she is trained in a variety of meditation techniques, mindfulness exercises, tai chi and yoga.

She offers personalized bodywork treatments utilizing my experience as an ashiatsu massage therapist, a mindfulness practitioner and a survivor of an eating disorder. Her goal is to empower her clients on their path toward body positivity, body mindfulness and a greater sense of life. Because all bodies are good bodies and deserve happy lives.
