Policy

Canceling and No Shows

If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible and no less than 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations (or missed appointments) less than 24 hours in advance will obligate you to pay half the amount of the originally scheduled session. *Emergencies do come up, I will hand these on a case by case basis.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, local checks and all major credit cards. Please make checks out to Olivia Davis. I do not provide billing for insurance, but will gladly provide you with a receipt if you would like one.  
 
Confidentiality
Everything discussed during the session and upcoming ones will be kept confidential except when subpoenaed by a court of law. Client details would not be revealed, unless the client has given written permission to do so. I will not confirm nor disclose the fact that a specific person is my client, unless I have permission and the written consent of the client to do so.

 Professionalism

I reserve the right to terminate the session if I feel that it has been compromised in any way, such as inappropriate client behavior.
